Edible Cascadia is the name to look for when you need some balsamic specialties-south of the line.   We are honoured to have been chosen to send our little jewel jars of fresh BC bounties to select Whole Foods Stores in Washington and Oregon. The label and logo were new, but the contents were the same delicious edible gardens recipe that marries only rich dark balsamic with ripe and sun kissed dates, figs, cherries and cranberries.  We believe this region of the Pacific Northwest- the cascadia corridor- cradled by the Cascades Mountain Range to the east, and the Pacific Ocean to the west, is a unique eco-system which holds many answers for our agricultural needs and sustainability. Being edible -on both sides of the border- is a real treat!
